摘    要:分析了采气单井站噪声的主要来源,测量了噪声强度,分析了频谱特性。通过现场试验提出了有效的降噪措施,分析了其降噪效果,并提出了进一步的降噪措施建议。结果表明,单井站噪声主要来源为节流阀、分离器和工艺管道,主要噪声源强度为85~102dB(A),单井站噪声是以中高频为主的宽频噪声。通过采取加大二级节流阀通径,优化站内工艺管道敷设方式等措施,单井站噪声可降低约9dB(A)。

Abstract:In this paper, the main sources of noise in single gas production station were analyzed, noise intensity was measured and the noise spectral was analyzed. Through the field tests, effective noise reduction measures were proposed. After analyzing the effect of the noise reduction, the further noise reduction measures were also proposed. The results manifested that the main sources of noise in single gas station were throttling valves, separators and process pipelines. The intensity of the main noise sources was 85-102 dB (A). The noise was a broadband noise dominated by medium and high frequency. The noise intensity could be reduced with about 9 dB (A) with the means of increasing the size of the second stage throttle valve and optimizing the laying way of pipeline in station.
