柿庄北深煤层区块压裂工艺对比研究

摘    要:深层煤层气井压裂没有成熟的经验可以借鉴,对比研究了柿庄北深煤层区块已成功施工的11口活性水压裂井、5口水力波及压裂井及2口水力喷砂分段压裂水平井,总结分析了这些井的工艺参数及施工效果。活性水加砂压裂井和水力波及压裂井施工风险低,成功率高;水平井水力喷砂分段压裂施工压力高,风险大,需进一步优化工艺参数,保障施工安全。该分析结果可为该区块后续煤层气压裂增产提供参考依据。

Abstract:Eleven active water fracturing wells, five synchronous hydraulic conformance fracturing wells, and two hydraulic sand blasting segregated fracturing horizontal wells had been constructed successfully in a CBM block at Shizhuang North Block. In this study, fracturing parameters and the application effect were compared, these successful fracturing application were analyzed, since there is no ripe experience for deep CBM well fracturing. Active water fracturing wells and synchronous hydraulic conformance fracturing wells have high construction success rate with low risk.The hydraulic sand blasting segregated fracturing horizontal wells have high construction pressure with high risk,so it is necessary to optimize the operation parameters to ensure construction safety.The paper provides references for the CBM well stimulation in this block.
