公路连续箱梁悬臂浇筑施工技术

摘    要:以杭州湾跨海大桥北岸连接线平湖塘特大桥主桥上部纵、横、竖三向预应力钢筋混凝土变截面单箱室连续箱梁施工为例,对连续箱梁采用挂篮进行悬臂浇筑技术进行了分析,并对施工中挂篮的安装、走行、拆除提出了安全保证措施,以确保工程顺利进行。

Abstract:With the up lengthwise, horizontal and vertical three way prestressed reirdorced concrete variable cross section single box conUnuous box beam construction over Pinghutang super large bridge of Hangzhou sea-span bridge north bank as example, the cast-in-place cantilever grouting construction technology adopted of continuous box beam with hanging basket was analyzed. The safety guaranteeing measures of hanging basket adjustment, line feed and removal were proposed so as to guarantee engineering running smoothly.
