黄腐酸钠对方铅矿、黄铜矿、闪锌矿的浮选作用及机理研究

摘    要:本研究在国内首次进行了用黄腐酸作抑制剂分选铜-铅、铅-锌人工混合矿的探讨。研究表明,黄腐酸钠是方铅矿的有效选择性抑制剂。黄腐酸钠用于铜-铅人工混合矿分离,可获得品位为31.44%,回收率95.0%的铜精矿和品位为83.58%、回收率95.32%的铅精矿。黄腐酸钠选择性抑制方铅矿是因为方铅矿表面的铅离子对黄腐酸钠有很强的凝聚力,黄腐酸大量吸附于方铝矿表面形成亲水性胶体薄膜而使方铅矿受到抑制。

Abstract:This paper disccusses the flotation separation of Cu-Pa and Pb-Zn artificial minerals using fulvic acid as depessant. The results show that sodium fulvic acid is an effective depressant for galena. In the flotation separation of Cu-Pb artificial minerals a Cu concentrate containing 31.44% Cu and a Pb concentrate containing 83.58% Pb are obtained with recoveries of 95.0% and 95.32%, respectively. A selective depression of galena by sodium fulvic acid is attributed to its strong coagulability. A large quantity of fulvic acid is adsorbed on the surface of galena, resulting in the formation of hydrophilic colloid films which depress galena.
