| 摘 要： | 分析了强脉冲光子嫩肤技术所用滤光片的特点，采用多种优化方法相结合进行滤光片的自动优化设计，将膜厚容差考虑到评价函数的构造中，并通过比较膜厚灵敏度因子得到实际的最优解。

| Abstract: | The characteristic of optical filter applied to intense pulsed light photonrejuvenation is analyzed, designing the filter with automatic optimizing method. By comparing the sensitivity factor of film thickness, practical optimal solution from the theoretical optimal solutions is chosen. |
