焦化炉压力监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:在焦化过程中,人为控制难以把焦化炉集气管压力维持在工艺指标之内,从而造成煤炭结焦质量不高;生产效率低;原材料浪费;周边大气污染等诸多问题。为了实现焦化炉集气管压力的自动优化调节,我们设计开发了焦化炉压力控制系统。整个系统采用上位机控制模式。控制软件采用双模控制算法是时间最优控制(B-B)与改良PID 控制的综合应用,它与传统PID 控制相比,能以时间最优化方式迅速稳定焦炉压力,减少振荡和超调的发生,且能保证控制精度。焦炉在正常工作状态下,系统使压力维持在工艺指标.±15P,基本解决上面所述问题。但在焦炉非正常状态下(加煤等),系统会有短时间振荡,此问题还需进一步研究解决。

Abstract:To solve some problems,such as production efficiency low,wasting material,polluting atmosphere and so on,caused byunsteady pressure of Coke Oven in coal chemistry industry,at the same time,to realize automatic optimize control on pressure,theCoke Oven automatic control and supervise system is designed and developed.The whole system uses the pattern of PC-control.Two-modes control that is used in the system will realize the colligation of time-optimization and PID.Relative to the classics PID control-ler,the two-modes controller is more quickly and has much less surges.It means that supervise and control system will level off thepressure quickly in the best time and ensure precision.At natural production,the pressure is kept on the right status by the system.Nevertheless,surges appear while Coke Oven is abnormal(for example adding coals).The shortage needs improved and advancedstudy.There is much strongpoint in our system,such-as,well control precision,resisting disturbance,friendly interface,easy manipu-lation and so on.
