摘    要:合理控制加热时间、加热温度、炉内气氛是防止钢板表面脱碳的关键,在现有生产工艺及装备的条件下,通过在退火炉内放置木炭或木块可以有效地解决45号钢冷轧薄钢板表面脱碳问题。

Abstract:The key to prevent surface decarbonization on the armor plate surface is to control the heating time control heating temperature and furnace atmosphere in reason. In existing conditions of manufacturing technique and equipment, the issue,decarburization on 45 steel surface has been settled effectively by placing chrcoal or wood block in anneal furnace.
