摘    要:无刷励磁系统中对励磁电流测量以及对旋转整流器故障监测困难是制约该励磁方式发展的一大障碍。本文设计了一个DSP系统解决了旋转整流器正常及故障下励磁电流测量问题,实现了整流二极管故障时报警,显示以及严重情况下切机功能。该系统动态显示励磁电流和指示二极管工作状态,极大方便了运行人员作出判断,而且结构简单,对整个机组的保护意义重大。

Abstract:The development of brushless exciting is restricted by the difficulty of exciting current measurement and rotating rectifier faults monitoring. In this paper, a hardware system based on DSP is designed to measure the exciting current of rotating rectifier under the normal or faulty conditions. At the same time, it can monitor the rotating rectifier, display the condition of silicon rectifier and switch off the power at the most serious condition. This system can display exciting current and the condition of diodes. It's very convenient for the operators to do a right judge. Its structure is simple. It's very important for protecting all sets.
