摘    要:为实现低压断路器可预知性维修,保证其安全、可靠的运行,采用PCI16F877单片机为核心,设计了一种低压断路器在线检测系统.为此,介绍了检测系统的功能、结构框图,并阐述了其硬件和软件的设计与实现.实验证明,系统能够对低压断路器的合(分)闸时间、合(分)闸平均速度、触头行程、开距、超程等机械特性参数进行实时在线监测,且具有结构简单、成本低和可靠性高等诸多优点,具有很好的推广及应用前景.

Abstract:On-line monitoring for low-voltage breaker is the precondition of predicting maintenance, is the key element of reliable run. This paper introduced a monitoring system for low-voltage circuit breaker based on PIC16F887. The functions and design block diagram of the control system were presented, and then the design and implementation of hardware and software were expounded. It is proved that the system can monitor the mechanical characteristic parameters of low-voltage circuit breaker well, such as close (open) time, average speed, length of travel, overtravel. And it has many advantages, such as simplicity, low cost, high reliability,and has very good prospects of popularization and utilization.
