摘    要:通过对X射线荧光光谱法测定催化剂中贵金属含量的研究,模拟样品组分含量和制备条件自制一系列标样,绘制工作曲线。对催化剂中Pt和Pd含量进行测定,结果与国标法分析值相符,精密度良好。

Abstract:The contents of the precious metals in the catalysts were determined by Xray fluorescence spectrometry. A series of standard samples were made by simulating the sample preparation process and contents, and then the standard curves were drawn. The test results of Pt and Pd contents of the catalyst measured by XRF method were basically consistent with that obtained by GB standard method. The preci sion of XRF method was good.
