溶胶-凝胶法制备均苯四酸二酐Sb-Nb-P-Ti-V催化剂

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备活性组分为Sb-Nb-P-Ti-V的催化剂溶胶状喷涂液,将其喷涂到载体SiC上制得Sb-Nb-P-Ti-V催化剂。通过催化剂评价装置研究各组分比例、催化剂焙烧温度、焙烧时间、空速和热点温度等对均苯四酸二酐收率和纯度的影响。结果表明,在n(V)∶n(Ti)∶n(P)∶n(Nb)∶n(Sb)=0.25∶1.25∶0.03∶0.01∶0.03、焙烧温度480 ℃、焙烧时间2 h、空速(4 000~4 500) h-1和热点温度(430~440) ℃条件下,均苯四酸二酐收率可达98.5%,纯度为96.04%。

Abstract:The catalyst spraying sol solution with the active constituent SbNbPTiV was prepared by sol gel method. SbNbPTiV catalyst for obtaining pyromellitic dianhyride was prepared by spraying the asprepared sol solution of the catalyst on SiC support. The influence of the ratio of the active constituents, catalyst calcination temperature and time, space velocity and the hot spot temperature on the yield and purity of pyromellitic dianhyride was investigated in selfmade evaluation apparatus. The results showed that the yield and the purity of pyromellitic dianhyride was 98.5% and 96.04%, respectively, under the condition as follows : n (V) : n ( Ti ) : n (P) : n ( Nb ) : n ( Sb ) = 0.25 : 1.25 : 0.03 : 0.01 : 0.03, calcination temperature 480 ℃ ,calcination time 2 h,space velocity (4 0004 500) h . and hot spot temperature (430440) ℃.
