摘    要:采用新型涂层硬质合金刀具对高温合金GH2132进行车削刀具磨损和刀具耐用度的试验研究,并且建立了T-v方程。试验结果表明,新型涂层刀具适合GH2132的切削加工,进而为提高切削速度和加工效率提供了参考数据。

Abstract:In this paper,an experiment about tool wear and tool life of a new coated cemented carbide cutting tool for turning the high-temperature alloy GH2132 was carried out.And a T-v equation was established.Experimental results showed that the new type of coated cutting tool was suitable for cutting GH2132.Thus the reference data was provided for improving the cutting speed and the processing efficiency.
