摘    要:本文把软件芯片的概念引入快速原型制造(RPM)系统的软件设计之中,根据RPM系统软件结构的特点,对其进行了软件芯片划分,并论述了每个软件芯片的功能。以数控语言解释器软件芯片为例,详细地介绍了RPM系统软件芯片的研制过程。研究了如何用软件芯片构造RPM系统软件。

Abstract:Until recently, almost all of the designers of rapid prototyping manufacturing(RPM) software repeatedly research and develop the same or similar RPM system software, and repeatedly design some basic modules which are same or similar in many RPM systems.The repeat design and development waste a lot of manpower and financial. Moreover,The software developed by different designers does not have compatibility because of lack of uniform standard, which makes against the development of RPM software. For this reason, this paper introduces Software Integrated Chip (SIC) into the software design of RPM system. According to the characteristics of software structure of RPM system, its SICs are partitioned and functions of each SIC are discussed. Taking numerical control language interpreter for example,the development process of the SIC of RPM system is discussed in detail. A method of constructing RPM system software using SIC is researched.
