摘    要:研究了三(硬脂酸巯基乙酯)锑(AMS)对RPVC的稳定作用及与其他热稳定剂、助稳定剂的复合共稳定效应。阐述了AMS单用时的热稳定效率与辅以ESO的热稳定效果以及与钙锌皂、稀土钙锌皂的复合共稳定作用;对比当前被认为是环保型的钙锌稳定剂、稀土钙锌稳定剂和有机锡稳定剂的热稳定效果,指出为了发挥热稳定剂的最佳效应,需要研究RPVC的配方设计。

Abstract:Study on rigid Poly(viny1 chloride)stabilization and costabilization with Tri-(stearic mercaptoacetate)antimonium (AMS)and other stabilizers assistants. The paper described stabilization and costabilization effects on RPVC with AMS only and AMS with ESO,with Ca/Zn stabilizer,with rare-earth metal/Ca/Zn stabilizer.By contrast to stability of Ca/Zn compound,rare-earth metal/Ca/Zn compound and organo-tin compound ,it is demonstrated that heat processing stability of stabilizers will be reached the best situati...
