位置敏感探测器非线性误差修正实验研究

摘    要:位置敏感探测器(position sensitive detector,PSD)以其分辨力高、时间响应性好的突出优点在光电检测领域得到了广泛的应用,但PSD在制造过程中产生的非线性误差很大程度上降低了它的测量精度和范围。利用双一次插值法对PSD进行了非线性误差修正,阐述了实验的设计原理和操作。对非线性误差修正结果的分析表明,通过采用双一次插值法进行误差修正,B区的测量误差显著减小,大大提高了PSD的测量精度和可靠性。

Abstract:PSD was used comprehensively in the measuring field for the good abilities of high resolution and quick time response. However,the non-linear error produced in the procedure of fabricating makes the measuring precision and range descend greatly.Algorithm for duo-linear interpolation to correct the non-linearity of PSD are provided.The correction leads to prominent improvement of linearity of B-area.The experimental result show that the precision and reliability of PSD was improved greatly.
