光纤着色精密卷取排线控制系统

摘    要:针对传统光纤着色生产线卷绕-排线控制系统存在的不足,介绍-种采用高精度交流伺服传动与变频调速相结合的高精度卷绕-排线新型控制系统.系统通过PLC编程软件和人-机界面参数设置,可保证卷取-排线两轴同步驱动和工艺参数的柔性化调整.在分析光纤着色生产工艺基础上,阐述了卷绕-排线控制系统的工作原理,硬件实现及软件编程方法.新系统实际运行在2 200 r/min的高速恒张力卷取条件下,排线控制精度小于0.4 μm.

Abstract:Aiming at the disadvantages on rewinding and ranging dyed-fiber in traditional production,a novel rewinding control system with precise formed fibers was introduced.The proposed system is built up by a set of AC servo motor and its driver to actualize the high precise position control,a PLC as the main controller and a LCD display used in man-machine interface.The control system make the two movements between rewinding and arranging the dyed-fibers keep synchronization instantly and the process parameters b...
