摘    要:简述了铝合金的加工方法和表面改性的必要性。主要对表面合金化技术、表面敷层和电子束改性等技术应用于铸造铝合金表面改性进行总结。表面合金化方面介绍了激光和氩弧合金化方法在铸造铝合金表面改性方面的研究进展;表面敷层方面介绍了铸造铝合金的等离子喷涂、电化学方法的研究现状;介绍了铸造铝合金的电子束改性技术。

Abstract:The processing technology and necessarily of surface modification for cast aluminum alloy are presented.Surface alloying,surface cladding layer and electron beam modification on cast aluminum alloy were mainly summarized.For surface alloying methods,alloyings by laser and argon arc are briefly introduced.Then,for surface cladding layer,advances in the plasma and electro-chemistry methods are reviewed.Finally,electron beam modification technology of cast aluminum alloy is introduced.
