溶剂再生塔重沸器泄漏及振动原因分析

摘    要:某公司芳烃抽提装置溶剂再生塔重沸器近年来多次发生泄漏,在平时的运行中振动也较明显,塔体也有明显的振动。根据GB151—1999对横向流诱发振动的可能性进行了验算分析,认为紊流抖动和流体弹性不稳定引发了管束振动,在振动和腐蚀的联合作用下导致了管束的泄漏。同时提出了解决办法:增加支持板数,更改换热管材质。

Abstract:Many leakage accidents of solvent regeneration tower reboiler has occurred in an aramatics extract plant.The vibration of reboiler is very obvious,along with the same noticeable feature on the tower body.The author made some calculation and analysis based on GB 151—1999 for the probability of crossflow induced vibration.In conclusion,it is believed that the bundles vibration comes from the wobbling turbulent flow,as well as unstable flow elasticity.Furthermore,it is also believed that the combined effects of vibration and erosion result in bundles leakage.The author put forward countermeasures to the problems,including increasing the number of baffles and replacing construction material of the heat exchanger bundles.
