矿井采运提系统可靠性模型及分析

应用系统可靠性理论，建立了矿井采运提系统的可靠性数学模型，得出了系统可用度及产量的计算公式，此模型可用于矿井采运提系统的分析，预测系统可靠性指标，找出系统的薄弱环节，并通过提出改进措施，为矿井改造和制定生产计划提供依据，模型于平顶山一矿采运提系统表明，它是可靠的、实用的，春结果对该矿生产有指导意义。

MODEL AND ANALYSIS ON THE RELIABILITY OF EXTRACTION CONVEYANCE AND HOISTING SYSTEM OF MINE

With the theory of the systematic reliability applied, the mathematical model on the reliability of extraction, conveyance and hoisting system is set up, and the calculating formulas of the effectiveness and output of the system are also given. The model can be used for the analysis of extraction, conveyance and hoisting system of mine,forecast the reliability indexs of the system,seeking its bottleneck and presenting improvement measures in order to provide bases for technological transformation of mine and making production plan.It was applied in the extraction, conveyance and hoisting system of No 1 Mine of Pingdingshan and proved that the model is reliable and practical,and the calculated and analytical results of the system have guiding significance for the production of this mine.
