基于MATLAB的平面度评定

摘    要:根据国家标准中有关平面度误差的定义,建立了平面度的最小二乘数学模型,提出了一种基于MAT-LAB的平面度评定方法。通过优化算法得到平面度误差,实践证明该方法能收敛到最优解,而且计算稳定,应用范围广泛。

Abstract:According to the national standard definition of flatness error, flatness error model was set up according to least - squares method, then proposed a evaluation method of flatness based on MATLAB. Optimization algorithm to get the flatness error, practice has proved that the method can converge to the optimal solution, and computational stability, wide range of applications.
