复合材料界面性能的单丝断裂实验研究

简要介绍了单丝断裂的实验方法,阐述了单丝断裂实验的结果分析方法以及实验结果与复合材料界面性能之间的关系,并综述了国内外学者在使用单丝断裂实验表征复合材料界面性能方面所取得的成果。综合上述研究成果表明,通过测量S型曲线、结合公式进行界面性能参数计算、观察断点形貌等方法,可对相关界面性能进行定性或定量判断。

The single fiber fragmentation test searches for the interface properties of composites

This article provided a brief introduction to the single fiber fragmentation test, and focused on the result analysis methods of the single fiber fragmentation test and also the relationship between the test results and the interracial performances of composites. This article reviewed the findings of domestic and overseas scholars on the single fiber fragmentation test analysis of the interracial property of composites. Based on the research results above, measuring s-shaped curve, calculating interface parameters by model formula and watching the shape of breakpoints are good ways to get qualitative judge and quantitative analysis of interface properties.
