| 摘 要： | 比较了盛钢桶内衬加保温层和不加保温层两种条件下盛钢桶外表面温度的变化，用稳态导热模型分析了这两种条件下的热损失，并分析了加保温层对盛钢桶性能的影响，结果表明隔热材料的使用有利于包衬寿命的提高。

| Abstract: | Temperature changes were respectively measured under two conditions under which a thermal insulation layer was set and was not set on a ladle. The heat loss of the ladle was calculated according to a stable thermal conduct model, and the effect of the thermal insulation layer on the properties of the ladle was analyzed. The results showed that the use of thermal insulation layer may prolong the life of the ladle. |
