摘    要:以蔗糖为起始原料,经酯交换、Vilsmeier氯化、脱乙酰基三步化学反应合成三氯蔗糖。该方法操作简单,条件温和,原料价廉易得,总收率由文献方法的35%提高到39.4%,适合于工业化生产。

Abstract:Sugar was as the start material by the reaction of ester exchange,chlorination (Vilsmeier),deacetyl in three steps obtained the trichlorosucrose. The improvement of the synthesis procedure is simplicity and convenient. The reaction condition is moderate and the starting material is very cheap to get. The total yield is increased to 39.4% from 35% yield of the reference.
