同轴相位含水率计的研制与应用

摘    要:根据高频电磁波通过含水率不同的油水混合介质时会产生不同的相位移,设计并研制出同轴相位含水率计。它采用同轴线作传感器,通过测量传感器两端电磁波的向移量来确定油水混合介质的含水率,可实现连续动态测量。当含水率超过70%时,仪器响应电压基本不受流量影响,对于高含水油田具有良好的应用效果。

Abstract:It will bring different phase displacement while high frequency electromagnetic wave passing through water and oil mixture of different water cut due to the big discrepancy between the dielectric constants of water and oil. A coaxial phase water cut meter is developed in this paper. It adopts coaxial line as sensor, and detects water cut by measuring the phase displacement of electromagnetic wave passing through the sensor. It can achieve continuous dynamic measuring. When the water cut is above 70%, the response voltage of the instrument is independent of flow, so it has a good application effect for high water cut resevoir.
