复合材料层合梁接触损伤问题的分析

摘    要:将连续介质损伤力学的分析计算方法与层合梁无损伤接触问题的分析相结合, 分析层合梁在接触载荷作用下, 层间胶层的损伤分布及应力分布。采用逆解法得到复合材料层合梁无损伤接触问题的解答, 在此基础上, 用附加载荷法与迭代法, 进行接触损伤分析, 得到了层间胶层的损伤分布及应力分布。计算结果显示, 该方法收敛性好, 求解简单。

Abstract:The continuity damage mechanics method, combined with an analysis on the contact problem of composite beams without damage, is introduced into the analysis on the contact damage problem of composite beams under static contact loading. The analysis on the contact problem of the non-damaged composite beam is solved by an inverse method. The approach of additional loading and iteration are applied to the analysis of the interlaminar damage and delamination problem of composite beams under static contact loading. The damage distribution and stress distribution of glue layers are obtained. The result shows that this method has nice behavior of convergence, and is convenient for application.
