摘    要:文章分析了油井水泥石力学失效的原因,从改善油井水泥石硬脆性的角度出发,通过室内实验研制出一种惰性弹性颗粒材料J-80,利用弹性颗粒止裂原理增加油井水泥石塑性形变能力及抗冲击破坏能力,赋予油井水泥石可控塑性形变能力。实验结果说明,J-80能有效改善油井水泥石力学性能,降低油井水泥石硬脆性,在适宜加量下有助于提高界面胶结强度,可解决因油井水泥环整体性受到破坏而引起的层间封隔失效,延长油井寿命保证后期开采作业的正常进行。文中还探索了一种室内评价油井水泥石塑脆性的可行方法,它是以单位弯曲强度下的弯曲形变量作为油井水泥石塑性大小的评价参数,客观反映了油井水泥石塑性形变大小。

Abstract:The reasons why the cement stone of oil wells fails mechanically are analyzed in the paper. By in house experiments, the inert elastic grain material of J—80 has been developed to improve the hardness and brittleness of cement stone. Using the anti cracking principle of elastic grain to increase the plasticity and impact resistance, the cement stone obtains controllable plasticity. Testing results indicate that J—80 can effectively improve the mechanical property of cement stone, decrease the hardness and brittleness of cement stone. With proper add on, J—80 can increase the strength of cementing interfaces, eliminate the failure of inter zonal packing caused by the damage of cement mantle integration, extend the life of oil wells, and guarantee the exploitation jobs conducting normally in the late term. Also, an in house feasible method is discussed in the paper to evaluate the plasticity and brittleness of cement stone. The method takes the curve variables caused by curve strength as the evaluating parameters of cement stone, which reflect the plastic deformation of cement stone objectively.
