关于游梁式抽油机用电动机节能的讨论

摘    要:介绍了一般负荷下的电动机节能方法和游梁式抽油机负载特点,述评了油田使用或试验的几种电动机节能情况。游梁式抽油机用电动机节能应包括两个方面:一是提高电动机的负荷率和效率;二是使电动机的机械特性变软,改善电动机机械特性与抽油机负载特性的相互配合,以提高机、杆、泵系统效率。两者比较,后者的节能潜力要比前者大得多。因此,后者应该是游梁式抽油机用电动机节能的主要研究方向。当前最理想的途径是开发用于制造电动机转子绕组的频敏材料;其次是研制工作可靠的四象限变频器,把电动机发电状态所发的电回馈电网。

Abstract:The energy saving method of the electric motor under general load and the load characteristics of beam pumping units are introduced, and the situation of energy saving of several electric motor used or tested in oilfields is summarized. The energy saving of the electric motor on beam pumping units should include: (1) improving the duty factor and efficiency of the motor; (2)softening the mechanical behaviors of the motor and improving the matching of its mechanical behaviors and load characteristics of the pumping unit to enhance the efficiency of the pumping system. And the energy saving potential of the latter is much larger. What should be done at present is to develop frequency sensitives for motor rotor windings and reliable fourquadrant frequency converter to realize power feedback.
