| 摘 要： | 研究了各种因素对制备尼泊金辛酯，异丙酯产率的影响，筛选出最佳反应条件可使辛酯的收率达９６％，异丙酯的收率达８２％，用ＧＣ－ＭＳ计确定了异丙酯酯化应的副产物的结构，并提出了生成该副产物的反应机理。

| Abstract: | Various factors that affect the yield of octyl and iso-propyl nipagin ester have been studied. For example, catalyst, ratio of acid/alcohol/catalyst, reaction temperature,solvent for recrystallization and azeotropic agent, etc. The best conditions of esterification were found out and the yields of octyl and iso-propyl nipagin ester were 96% and 82% respectively. The structure of the by-product was affirmed by GC-MS in iso-propyl esterification and the formation mechanism of the by-product was proposed. |
