| Abstract: | The learning type enterprise could be the standout in the future. This kind of organization has to be based on 5 skills training. It is essential to set up framework to fit the learning organization, to create enterprise＇ s learning culture, to switch leader＇s role, to strengthen leader＇s self learning, to call for group learning, to poten- tiate the enterprise learning＇ s institutionalization construction, to establish and improve employee self-determination management mechanism. |
