Abstract:The learning type enterprise could be the standout in the future. This kind of organization has to be based on 5 skills training. It is essential to set up framework to fit the learning organization, to create enterprise' s learning culture, to switch leader's role, to strengthen leader's self learning, to call for group learning, to poten- tiate the enterprise learning' s institutionalization construction, to establish and improve employee self-determination management mechanism.
