热压合成AlON陶瓷的研究

摘    要:对AlON体系进行了热力学初步分析 .用热力学拟抛物线规则评估了AlON不同组成时的Gibbs生成自由能 .计算了温度为 2 0 73K时Al-O -N系热力学参数状态图 .根据热力学参数状态图所确定的条件 ,热压合成了AlON陶瓷 .对所合成的AlON试样进行了X射线衍射标定 ,TEM ,HREM分析及部分物理性能的测定 .所制备的AlON试样未发现明显的杂相 .而且 ,晶界处未发现明显的玻璃相 ,其晶粒间为直接结合 .所制得AlON试样的体积密度为 3 .63g/cm3,约为其理论体积密度的 97.8% .AlON试样的三点抗弯强度分别为 2 48MPa(室温 )和 2 41MPa(14 73K) ,断裂韧性为 3 .96MPa·m1 /2 .

Abstract:The thermodynamic properties of AlON were analyzed preliminarily. Gibbs free energy of AlON with different compositions was evaluated. The phase stability diagrams of Al-O-N system at 2 073 K were calculated. AlON ceramics was synthesized by hot_press sintering under the conditions given by phase stability diagram. XRD, TEM and HREM analysis of AlON synthesized were carried out. No phases other than AlON are found and no glass phase exists at interface of crystal grains, e.g, the grains are bounded directly. The density of AlON is 3.63 g/cm3, about 97.8% of its theoretic density. Three_point bending strength is 248 MPa and 241 MPa at room temperature and at 1 473 K respectively. The toughness strength of AlON is 3.96 MPa*m1/2.
