| 摘 要： | 简述油田污水分离膜的应用研究现状。采用改性聚四氟乙烯膜进行油田污水处理,测试了温度、膜面流速、膜孔径、压差等对过滤速率的影响,设计了脉冲及预处理工艺来延长过滤周期。现场试验表明,采用改性聚四氟乙烯膜处理油田含油污水效果良好,处理后的水质指标基本达到SY/T 5329-1994要求,具备了工业性应用的技术基础。

| Abstract: | The development of the separation membrane applying in the disposal of the sewage in oilfield was described briefly.The modified polytetrafluoroethylene membrane was used to treat the sewage in oil field.The influence of the factors such as the temperature,the velocity of flow on the membrane,the aperture,the pressure drop on the filtration velocity was tested,and the pulse and the pretreatment processs were designed to prolong the filtration duration.The test results in situ showed that the treatment effect was good,and the index of the water after disposal meet up with the criterions in SY/T 5329-1994,and it provided technical base for industrial apllication. |
