拔丝模孔形计算机视觉检测技术

摘    要:拔丝模是拔丝工业中的重要零件,是控制拔丝精度的关键,目前一般用显微镜或投晾影仪检测孔形质量,检测精度低,速度慢,文中论述了用计算机视觉检测技术实现拔丝模孔形全自动测量的方法,作者依此完成了“拔丝模孔形自动测量仪”的研制与开发,研制出的仪器已交付天津市金刚石工具厂实际使用,实际应用结果表明,用视觉检测技术开发的“拔丝模孔形自动测量仪”测量精度满足实际要求,速度快,使用方便。

Abstract:The wire drawing mold is an important part in wire drawing industry,and it is a key for controlling the wire drawing accuracy.Traditionally, the quality of the wire drawing mold is inspected by microscopes or projectors. It is a manual method with low inspection accuracy, low efficiency and heavy labor intensity. In this paper, an automatic inspection method by using computer vision technique for wire drawing mold is described, and an inspection system is designed. The system can be used to inspect various of wire drawing molds with high efficiency, and its accuracy is high enough for the design requirements.
