17型锻造钩尾框热弯曲成形过程数值模拟

摘    要:介绍了17型钩尾框锻造工艺中弯曲工步的成形过程,应用PROE软件对钩尾框弯曲锻件进行三维实体造型,并用Deform-3D模拟软件对钩尾框弯曲成形过程进行了三维有限元分析,优化了钩尾框锻造工艺.模拟结果表明,优化后的钩尾框锻造工艺过程设计合理,工件能够良好成形,表明三维有限元分析在锻造行业具有一定的应用价值.

Abstract:The bending deformation process for 17 type of coupler yokes was introduced. The three-dimensional coupler yokes bended forging was made by applying PROE software, and the bending deformation process for coupler yokes was analyzed by using Deform-3D software, then the forging process for coupler yokes was optimized.
