人造金刚石抗压强度检测中样本容量的研究

摘    要:在人造金刚石抗压强度检测过程中,我国现行标准JB/T7988.1-1999规定取样40粒。本文利用国内具有代表性的4种锯用金刚石,分别按照40粒,60粒,80粒进行了多次取样检测。结果表明增大样本容量能够有效地鉴定金刚石的牌号,随着我国检测仪器自动化程度的提高,建议在金刚石抗压强度检测中每次取样80粒进行。

Abstract:40 particles of synthetic diamond sample were used according to current Chinese Standard JB/T7988. 1 - 1999 to measure the compressive strength of the synthetic diamond. In this paper, the compressive strength of 4 kinds of Chinese typical synthetic diamond were measured with the ways using 40 particles, 60 particles and 80 particles of the diamond sample respectively. The results indicated it was much actual to identify the grade of diamond when the number of sample particles used was enlarged. Considering the development of measuring instrument on automation, we suggest using 80 particles of sample each time to measure the compressive strength of synthetic diamond.
