摘 要: | 利用溶剂分提技术,对鱼油中高凝固点的组分(固脂)进行分提。研究不同溶剂鱼油比(0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5)、不同温度(-8、-11、-15、-20°C)对液态油得率、熔点,以及EPA和DHA含量的影响。结果表明,运用溶剂分提技术,在溶剂鱼油比为1.0、1.5,温度-8°C、-11°C;溶剂鱼油比为1.5、2.0、2.5,温度-15°C,-20°C,可以有效地脱除鱼油中的固脂,液态油的得率可达80%以上,且液态油中EPA和DHA含量有所提高。

Abstract: | A new process of isolation high-solidified fat from fish oil bysolvent was investigated in this study.The effect of different solvent fish oil rate(0.5, 1.0 , 1.5, 2.0 , 2.5 )and different temperature(-8° C, -11° C, -15° C, -20° C)on liquid oil obtain rate, melting point and contents of EPA and DHA was main studied.The results showed that high-solidified-point fat could be isolated by solvent isolation when solvent fish oil rate was 1.0 and 1.5,temperature was-8℃ and-11℃,also when solvent fish oil rate was 1.5,2.0 and 2.5,temperature was-15℃ and-20℃ .Liquid oil obtain rate could above 80%,and contents of EPA and DHA become highly。 |
