前处理工艺对涤纶针织面料吸湿速干整理的影响

在实际生产中,如果不重视前处理工艺,就会导致织物表面杂质残留较多,整理后面料的吸湿速干性能提升不明显、测试指标不合格。对此,文章采用一般整理法、低温预处理工艺整理法和碱减量预处理工艺整理法来整理面料,对比这3种整理方法,结果发现低温预处理工艺整理法比一般后整理法和碱减量预处理工艺整理法更能提升面料的吸湿性和速干性,整理后面料的各项测试指标均符合要求,且该整理方法对面料的颜色和耐摩擦色牢度影响较小。

The Influence of Pretreatment Process on Moisture Absorption and Quick-drying Finishing of Polyester Knitted Fabric

If workers don’t focus on the pre-treatment process in actual production,there will be more impurities on the surface of the fabric,leading to weak moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of the fabric after finishing as well as unqualified test indicators.In this regard,the paper compared general finishing method,low-temperature pretreatment finishing method and alkali reduction pretreatment finishing method.Results indicated that the low-temperature pretreatment finishing method is better than the general finishing method and alkali reduction one to improve the moisture absorption and quick-drying of the fabric.The various test indexes of the fabric can meet the requirements after finishing,and this finishing method has little effect on the color and rubbing fastness of the fabric.
