摘    要:建立了超级微波ICP-MS(电感耦合等离子体质谱)法测定食用猪油中5种微量元素。使用超级微波对食用猪油消化前处理,直接定容,采用ICP-MS法进行分析。结果表明:在0~20μg/L浓度范围内,5种元素标准曲线的线性关系良好,相关系数在0.9998~1.0000之间,检出限在0.003~0.017μg/L,加标回收率在98.3%~109.2%,RSD在2.62%~5.26%之间。相比于传统微波,该方法耗时短,效率高,可以满足日常大量样品分析。

Abstract:The edible lard was digested by ultrawave,diluted to 50 mL and tested by ICP-MS.The results showed that the linear relationship of the 5 elements standard curves was good within the concentration range of 0—20μg/L,the detection limit was 0.003—0.017μg/L,the recoveries were 98.3%—109.2%,the RSD was between 2.62%—5.26%.This method is short in time and efficient,and can meet the needs of daily analysis of a large number of samples.
