| Abstract: | A programmable logic controller is used in the automatic control system of hydraulic spring eye machine. The technologic progress, hardware and software designs, the selection of programmable logic controller and I/O assignment of the system are discussed in detail. The results shows that the programmable logic controller control system has advantages on safe operating conditions, low energy consumption and convenient maintenance. |
