摘    要:对国电肇庆电厂输煤钢栈桥工程采用分段整体吊装与空中对接技术进行施工,从钢栈桥分段加工、现场拼装、吊装技术三个方面阐述施工原理和施工过程.通过选择正确的吊具工况,重点验算钢丝绳的负荷、起吊高度、双机抬吊荷载率、起重臂安全等.该工程克服了大跨度钢结构运输及吊装施工过程的技术难点,解决了超长、超重钢栈桥高空单榀吊装稳定性问题,缩减了工期、节约了成本,并高效地完成施工任务,工程各项技术指标均符合设计和规范要求.表明:采用分段整体吊装与空中对接施工技术可极大地减少钢结构工程高空施工作业中的危险,实现高效有序的施工进程,值得推广应用.

Abstract:The construction technology of integral lifting and upper air joint was used for the coal-transporting steel trestle in Zhaoqing Electric Power Plant. The principle and process were expounded from section processing, on- site assembling and lift technique of the steel trestle. The correct lift tool conditions were selected with an emphasis on the check of wire rope load, lift height, double-crane lift load rate and crane safety etc, which overcame the technical difficulties in transportation and lift of large span steel structures, and solved the stability of a single long and heavy weight steel trestle in the upper air,as well as shortened construction time and saved cost; The construction task was finished efficiently. All the technical indexes could meet the requirements of the design and standards.
