Characteristics and development trend of large capacity of viscose filament continuous spinning machine

This paper introduces the present situation of viscose filament continuous spinning machine, and with large capacity KR/HD340 type viscose filament continuous spinning machine as an example, the structure, technical features and development trend of the machine is analyzed. It points out that the realization of automatic doffing, increasing spinning speed and reduce the boiling water shrinkage filament is the trend of development of viscose filament continuous spinning machine; compared with the large capacity domestic viscose filament continuous spinning machine with foreign advanced equipment in the performance of similar, there is still a gap between the need to further improve the performance of domestic equipment at home and abroad market share.
