基于ADS仿真的梳状谱发生器的设计与实现

摘    要:梳状谱信号发生器在微波频率合成电路中应用广泛。文中利用阶跃恢复二极管的强非线性特点,设计了一种输入频率为100 MHz、输出频率为0.1~4 GHz的梳状谱信号发生器。首先通过理论计算获得初值,再通过ADS进行仿真优化,以及多次调试和实验,使该电路在0.1~4 GHz范围内产生丰富的谐波,并适合于工程应用。

Abstract:The comb generator is widely used in microwave frequency synthesizers. In the paper, a comb generator with 100MHz input signal and 0. 1 -4 GHz output signal is designed based on high non-linear characteristic of step recovery diode. The initial value is calculated theoretically and the schematic is simulated and optimized by ADS. A large number of experiments show that rich harmonics are generated in the range of 0. 1 - 4 GHz by the comb generator.
