矿井提升机制动力矩检测装置的设计

摘    要:阐述了矿井提升机制动力矩的检测原理和检测方法,利用提升机低速运行时,通过断电、施闸,检测施闸后静阻力矩及制动减速度来计算制动力矩。而静阻力矩和制动减速度的大小由检测提升速度来确定,利用光电脉冲编码器和单片机C8051的定时器/计数器可实现对提升速度的检测,最终检测出制动力矩。

Abstract:The measure principle and method of mine hoist brake torque are expounded. Static resisting torque and brake deceleration are gained to calculate brake torque when hoist runs at low speed and through powercut and throwing brake. Using optical - encoder and timer/counter of C8051 hoist speed are measured for calculating static resisting torque and brake deceleration, and brake torque is measured at last.
