电磁抗垢机理的实验研究

摘    要:本文使用自制电磁抗垢器进行抗垢除垢水处理实验,对交变电磁场的阻垢效果进行验证,结合化学分析和电镜扫描方法,探讨其防垢除垢的机理.表明交变电磁场能够改变碳酸钙晶体的形态,具有比较显著的除垢效果.

Abstract:The dynamic and static experiment with the electromagnetic scale inhibition device made by the authors' lab was made to verify the scale inhibition effect of alternating electromagnetic field on scale inhibition.By combining chemical analysis and SEM method,the mechanism of scale inhibition was enquired into.It was showed that alternating electromagnetic field could change the morphology of CaCO3 crystal.
