摘    要:采用X射线、SEM等分析手段,通过实验研究了以(Sr,Pb,Ca)TiO3复合钙钛矿为基的中高压介质瓷中,Pb、Bi2O3·nTiO2含量(摩尔分数),n值大小及MnCO3添加剂等因素对其微观结构及性能的影响规律。适当调节Pb含量,可获得一系列不同温度系数的高介低损耗瓷料;Bi203·nTiO2含量及n值均存在优值;适量MnCO3作添加剂有利于介质损耗降低和介电常数温度系数的优化,室温介电常数会随其加入量的增加而降低。研制出εr=2000,tgδ≤0.005.试样|△C/C|≤10%,综合性能好的中高压瓷料。

Abstract:Investigaed composite perovskite ( Sr . Pb . Ca ) TiO3 based dielectric for medium-high voltage application with X-ray , SEM and other analysis to find out the effect of contents of Pb,. Bi2O3 · nTiO2. n value, MnCO3 as additive. etc. on the microstructure and performance. The investigation results show that a series of different temperature characteristic ceramics of high dielectric strength and low loss can be obtained by adjusting content of Pb. content of Bi2O3 · nTiO2 and n value can be optimized , reduction of `dielectric loss and optimzation of dielectric constant can be achieved by adding appropriate MnCO3, the more . the lower the E at room temperature will be. Of the newly developed dielectrics ceramics, εr=2000 ,tgδ≤0.005. sample |△C/C |≤10%. Generally, its performances are good for medium-high voltage application.
