摘    要:中俄原油漠大管线工程中,钢管3PE防腐层外复合聚氨酯保温层+聚乙烯外护层,由于表面光滑的非极性聚乙烯与极性聚氨酯层之间的黏接力弱,在长期运行过程中,受到周围环境影响,容易造成层间脱壳。针对这种复合结构出现的问题,采用电晕处理技术对3PE防腐层外表面和聚乙烯外护层内表面进行处理,经过处理后,外护管内表面与3PE防腐层外表面经电晕处理后表面张力系数经测试均达到52×10-5N/cm以上,涂层间的轴向剪切强度达到0.21MPa,可有效提高材料层间的黏接力,从而确保埋地管线的长期运行。

Abstract:In the China Russia Crude Oil Pipeline Project,because of the low cohesive force between the surface of the non-polar polyethylene and the polar polyurethane,the composite polyurethane insulation + outer polyethylene coat which was the external coat of steel pipe three layer PE anticorrosion coating may appear interlayer shelling,what was caused by the surrounding environment in the long-time running.Aiming at the problem of the composite coatings,adopting the corona processing technique to deal with outer surface of the three layer PE anticorrosion coating and inside surface of polyethylene coating,the surface tension coefficients were beyond 52×10-5N/cm,and the axial shear strength achieved 0.21MPa.This method can effectively increase cohesive force;between the materials,and insure long-time running of the buried pipeline.
