| 摘 要： | 试验研究了X70管线钢中的夹杂物形貌、成分及大小,结果表明,钢中存在大颗粒的硅酸盐或SiO2夹杂物。在分析X70管线钢中硅酸盐类夹杂物存在的有害性的基础上,提出了避免钢中硅酸盐类夹杂物产生的措施,应用于生产并得到了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Inclusion size and inclusion composition in X70 pipeline steel have been studied.Results show that there are some large inclusions such as silicate and SiO 2 inclusions in X70 pipeline steel.The harm of silicate and SiO 2 inclusions is analyzed.Measurements are put forward to avoid silicate and SiO 2 inclusions.Good results have been obtained. |
