乳糖酶的酶学特性及其研究进展

摘    要:乳糖酶在特定条件下可将乳糖水解成葡萄糖和半乳糖,对人体健康有重要作用。本文简要介绍了乳糖酶的酶学特性、生理功能以及生产应用现状,并展望了乳糖酶的发展前景。

Abstract:galactosidase can hydrolysis lactose into glucose and semi-lactose,and it is improtant to people's health.In this paper,study on properties,fuction ,production and application of lactase are all introduced .And its development is also discussed.
