无机氧化剂对黄铁矿和黄铜矿可浮性的影响

摘    要:研究了KMnO2、H2O2、CaCl2、Ca(ClO)2等多种无机氧化剂对黄铁矿、黄铜矿可浮性的影响。研究结果表明,在低碱条件下,KMnO4、H2O2、CaCl2几乎都不改变黄铜矿的可浮性,但都能一定程度地抑制黄铁矿;Ca(ClO)2是一种黄铁矿的高效抑制剂,能成功地使铜硫实现分离,并获得较好指标。

Abstract:The effect of several oxidizers, KMnO4 , H2O2, CaCl2, Ca ( CIO)2 on flotability of pyrite and chalcopyrite was studied. The results showed that, under low alkaline condition, KMnO4 , H2O2 and CaCl2 could hardly change the flotability of chalcopyrite but could depress pyrite in certain degree, Ca(CIO)2 was a highly efficient depressor of pyrite so as to be able to successfully realize the separation of copper from sulfur and achieve good results.
