摘    要:本文综述高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(HPLC/ICP-MS)的最新进展,讨论HPLC/ICP-MS的原理和优点,同时对样品中微量元素及形态研究等领域的应用进行分析总结,并指出现存的主要问题、探讨解决的方案及对未来的展望和总结。

Abstract:Recent progress of high performance liquid chromatography combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC/ICP-MS) was reviewed,then the principles and advantages of HPLC/ICP-MS instruments were discussed.Meanwhile,the application of trace elemen- ts'speciation was summarized in the studies. Also,the main problems with HPLC/ICP-MS and the solutions available were outlined,and the prospect of HPLC/ICP-MS is very bright.30 references were cited.
