| 摘 要： | CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)和DCOM(Distributed Component Object Model)是现在最流行的两种分布式对象模型，通过在NFS-XDII(Net Finance Systemxidian version2．0)系统中的开发，阐述了CORBA和DCOM实现分布式应用的原理和结构，对比了CORBA和DCOM的特点。
